Lauric

Of
course, the picture around fats is rather confusing. In general,
however, animal fats are considered unhealthy compared to those of
plant origin (eg olive oil or sunflower oil), because the former
contains more saturated fat.
According
to the AHA, 82% of coconut oil fats belong to the category of
saturated, compared to 63% of saturated fats contained in butter and
50% present in beef fats.
The
AAA reiterates the general recommendation that people limit their
diet with saturated fats as much as possible and instead consume
unsaturated vegetable oils (preferably olive oil), fatty fish,
avocados, nuts, etc.
According
to experts,
- the average man should not eat more than 30 grams of saturated fat a day,
- while the average woman up to 20 grams.
On
the other hand, scientists point out that fats (and saturated ones)
are an essential part of a balanced diet, so there is no need to go
to the other extreme and reduce them excessively. Among other things,

valuable vitamins such as A, D, and E
