COVID-19 Recreation activities and facilities
Covid-19
It is important to exercise, play games, and enjoy outdoor activities during the evacuation at home, and to prevent the spread of COVID-19 while you are doing these activitiesThe county’s May 4th home evasion prevention order kept most recreational activities rules unchanged, allowing some other low-risk outdoor activities to be resumed. Here are the items you would like to understand.

General requirements for recreational activities:

  • Do not engage in any sports or recreational activities alone or with members of your household.
  • Do not use recreational areas or facilities (such as playgrounds, picnic and barbecue areas, dog parks, climbing areas, swimming pools, and other facilities below) that have high-touch equipment or attract crowds outside the home. These facilities are not available for business/use.
  • Except in your own home, do not use indoor recreational facilities, such as a gym. If the recreation center is mainly composed of outdoor areas (such as sports fields) that allow recreational activities, the public can only use the outdoor part, and all business and transactions involving the public must be performed outdoors.

  • Follow the key guidelines of the maskThere is no need to wear a face mask when exercising outdoors, but please bring one with you and be ready to use it at any time.
  • The confirmation activity was approved by the state government's home evasion prevention orderEven if the county government approves, the state government may not approve it.

Use of parks and open spaces:
  • You can visit parks and open space areas as long as you comply with all restrictions to reduce crowding and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
  • Certain areas may be closed or restricted for public use. Before visiting, please check the website or call to inquire.

Not available for lease:
  • Sports or leisure equipment cannot be rented (except for bicycles or scooters that are necessary for travel and golf carts for people with disabilities who need to use the golf cart to access the course). When you go out for sports, please bring your own ball, bat/racket and other equipment. Do not share them with anyone other than your family.
